I was pleased with Halesowen Motor House and would recommend them because easy access, helpful staff , on my doorstep.
My experience at Halesowen Motor House could have been better because I had a flat battery in 1 key fob.
Paid for £20 of petrol, had to put £10 in at the nearest fuel station on the way to the hospital. I have 3 clocks in my car all 3 were telling a different time, I have changed the one by the rev counter which should change the one on the dash but doesn't,
The windscreen has polish or something on it when it rains I can hardly see where I'm going.
I did contact the garage and was advised the person I need to speak to was on holiday, I have not had chance to contact again as my mom passed away on Monday
I'd recommend Halesowen Motor House to a friend because they are a fair dealer. Good choice of cars. Excellent salesman in Jon.
